Strategic foresight is a critical success factor for any company. Only when we have a clear vision today of how our business should develop in the coming years can we set the right course for the future. For this reason, I have created a comprehensive 5-year business plan based on detailed sales forecasts for each distribution channel. The plan includes an income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, allowing us to evaluate different scenarios and make informed, data-driven decisions. Which markets should we expand into next? Which key positions require prioritized staffing? When will additional capital be needed? Which expenses do not directly contribute to achieving our goals?

Financial Management

Visibility is key. Therefore, I have developed customized, daily updated reports and dashboards for all relevant stakeholders to make the relevant data available at a glance. By integrating data from various sources, including those outside traditional ERP systems, holistic corporate management is enabled, helping all stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Internationalization

In my previous position, I led the establishment of local teams and infrastructure in countries such as the USA, UK, Japan, and Australia. From transfer pricing to international wage structures – I understand the complexity associated with global expansion and can design these processes to be efficient and scalable.

Digitalization

I have played a significant role in two ERP migrations, ensuring that the new systems are not only tailored to current needs but also remain scalable for future growth. When selecting tools, I always follow a ‘best-of-breed’ approach to find the best solutions for specific challenges, rather than simply following market trends.
